Refund and Returns Policy


Due to the nature of vintage and antique items, my shop has a no returns or exchanges policy. Buyer can contact me for any issues with an order.



My shop has a no-cancellation policy. However, I understand sometimes a customer may need to cancel a transaction; please be advised only the seller (me) can cancel an order. If you’re a buyer who would like to request a cancellation, please contact me directly at You may be granted a cancellation under the following circumstances:

  • Both the buyer and seller agree to cancel the transaction before shipment, and the seller has issued the buyer a full refund.
    • The seller has decided to refuse service to the buyer, and if the buyer has already paid, the seller has issued a full refund, including shipping.
    • The buyer and seller agreed that the buyer could return the item to the seller for a refund. The seller has received the returned item and issued a refund to the buyer for the item.
    • There is a general restocking fee of 15% of the value of the order and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.



All items include regular domestic shipping . If you would like to upgrade to premium or overnight shipping this can be done at an additional fee and you will need to contact us. We can ship internationally through our Etsy store at


The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive, and this is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it take me to create and/or prepare the item for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier). For most items the processing time is 1-3 business days, for larger items such as art and furniture the processing time may be up to 7 days processing time. Freight orders can take a little longer to arrange the appropriate carrier. Typically USPS, Fed Ex and UPS deliver in 5-7 business days. We will always provide tracking for your orders and we are just a phone call away if you need any help or have any questions.
Customers do have the option of upgrading their shipping to rush or overnight, please contact us when you place your order for options and surcharges.
