The Southwest Washington State Fairgrounds was founded in 1909 and is still up and running in the month of August. One of the founding fathers was E.C. Truesdell, an avid harness racing enthusiast, as was the Governor at that time, Roland Hartley.

Description
This handsome little Scottish Terrier will grace your home with playful puppy antics, beautifully and artfully created with exacting detail from the thick grey/white/brown coat to the expressive and slightly-devilish eyes! This is a Coopercraft Potteries (England) piece although the original tag has been lost. Excellent condition, no marks or stamps, c1950s. Measures 8 ½ inches long x 7 ½ inches tall x 3 ¼ inches wide.
