A charming tale set at the Blithwood estate, famed for its horses and in particular the story of Dick and Daisy, two young sibling horses and their journey into adulthood together, from their first riding experiences to their first hunt! Written and illustrated by Margaret Johnson and Helen Lossing Johnson, hardcover with 104 pages, this is first edition book published by Harcourt, Brace and Co in New York. Very good condition with the following notes: This is a discarded library book with stamps on this inside cover as well as a card/pocket for check out, and there is a small stamp on the back inside cover; no dust cover; there is a small rip at the bottom of the 2nd page from the front (small title page); pages 4 and 5 have a very small tear at the bottom, page 5 was taped; page 19 has a small tear on the bottom; page 43 has a couple small dark spots.
